Segal Petit UF

The success of the Segal Cabernet Sauvignon UF and the innovation it brought with it, drove the Segal Winery to produce an additional wine using the same “unfiltered” process. The Petit UF, a “Second Label” wine to Segal’s flagship wine. A complex and elegant wine with many sediments that is produced with no filtering or submerging.

The source of the Petit UF is from select Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Plato Vineyard, a young but promising vineyard that contains top quality branches that were imported especially from France, from which the seedlings were composed of in the vineyard.

Like its big brother, and thanks to its unique production process, the wine is rich, original and intense in its flavors, just as were picked in the vineyard.
